Our Bid Process
STEP 1
Scope of work
Our Estimating team will review the plans to ensure a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the project before sending them out to bid.
STEP 2
SUBCONTRACTOR PACKAGES
The subcontractor packages will be generated once the respective scopes of work are determined in accordance with the approved set of Construction Documents. The procurement process will follow a strategic plan to ensure all parties are given ample time to review and bid their respective scopes and uniform due dates will be issued to ensure the schedule is maintained.
STEP 3
WORKING TOGETHER
We will make every effort to work with the bidding parties to ensure understanding of the scope, and integration with the plans. Any agenda generated by the design team during the bidding phase will be circulated to the subcontractors for inclusion in their respective scopes.
STEP 4
LEAD TIME SCHEDULES
Once the subcontractors from each trade have submitted their bids, we will go through the process of evaluating each bid to ensure coverage. During this phase, we will evaluate the benefits of early procurement of long lead time items, as well as commencement of site and foundation work to get an earlier start on the schedule.
STEP 5

At the end of this process, we will formalize our Stipulated Sum using the information gathered above to present our best number.
